Woman charged with harassment

A Summit Hill woman was cited with harassment following an incident in the borough last month.

According to Summit Hill police, at 4:40 p.m. on April 17, police received a call from a tenant of 128 W. Hazard St. The caller said Nadine Leibensperger, 26, of Apt. 208 in that building, had approached the victim and began yelling and cursing at her. Leibensperger then shoved the victim against a wall.
