Monroe driver cited for DUI in Lehigh

A Monroe County driver was arrested for driving under the influence after being involved in a three-vehicle crash in Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said Richard Mark Burke, 52, of Tobyhanna, was arrested following the crash that occurred at 8:14 p.m. on April 26 it the intersection of Cedar Crest Boulevard and Riverbend Road, in Lower Macungie Township.
