Woman cited for destroying cellphone
A Tamaqua woman was cited after destroying a man's cellphone on April 29.
The victim provided Tamaqua Police with a written statement on May 15, saying that Jessica Accardi, 33, of 224 Pitt St. in Tamaqua, removed his cellphone from his pocket on April 29. She then smashed the phone, destroying the screen.
She was cited for criminal mischief.
