Schuylkill woman cited for shoplifting
A Schuylkill County woman has been charged with retail theft.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Jasmine Leilani Phifer, 23, of Schuylkill Haven, entered Redner's Warehouse Market, located off Route 61 in North Manheim Township, around 6:30 p.m. Monday and concealed numerous food items in her purse valued at $50.47 and attempted to leave the store without paying for them.
