Area driver facing DUI in Lehigh
An area driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence in Lehigh County.
Upper Macungie Township police said Michael Horvath, 49, of the 2300 block of Woodhaven Drive, in Saylorsburg, was stopped at 10:22 p.m. on May 3 along Route 222 at Mill Creek Road, when he was observed operating his vehicle in an erratic manner. He showed signs of intoxication and was placed under arrest. Charges have been filed, police said.
