Palmerton Police Department reports the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernalia

Charges were filed against Shane Perschy, 40, of Palmerton, for DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, careless driving, and reckless driving. The incident occurred on April 3 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.

Charges were filed against Amy Frohnheiser, 38, of Palmerton, for possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred on Nov. 20 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

Resisting arrest

Charges were filed against Robert Fisher Jr, 32, of Allentown, for escape, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest. The incident occurred on April 28 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

DUI

Charges were filed against Todd Moyer, 48, of Walnutport, for DUI and careless driving. The incident occurred May 12 at Fourth Street and Delaware Avenue.

Junk vehicles

Daniel Pierce, 31, of Palmerton, was cited for junk vehicles. The violation occurred on April 28 in the 600 block of Lehigh Avenue.

Other

Police also issued four citations for speeding, and one each for traffic violations and vehicle violations.
