Tamaqua woman cited for harassment

Tamaqua police cited Debra Lee Nuttall, 51, of 132 E. Broad St., Tamaqua, after an incident on May 19.

Officers were dispatched to the area at 6:27 p.m. for a women who was "out of control." They found Nuttall to be in an intoxicated condition, yelling because she was unable to find her cat. The officer issued her a warning.

Four hours later police received a call from one of Nuttall's neighbors, who said she was being threatened with bodily harm by the other woman.

Nuttall received a citation for harassment.
