Felix, who sustained a broken nose, then attempted to hit Tabron with his vehicle, while his 7-month-old child was in the car.

Tabron fell onto the hood of the vehicle. While he was holding on to the hood, Felix then drove his vehicle into a rock.

Tabron was charged with simple assault and harassment.

Felix was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, endangering the welfare of a child, harassment, reckless driving and driving with a suspended license.

He was committed to the Carbon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 bail, 10 percent.
