Charged with stealing energy drink
A New Ringgold man was cited by Tamaqua police after he attempted to steal a Monster energy drink from Fegley's Mini Mart, 30-32 Center St. on Nov. 4.
Dylan Smolar, 21, was caught in the act by store personnel, who saw him hiding the can in his pants at 1:58 p.m.
He was cited for retail theft, his second offense.
