Moped driver facing DUI charges
State police at the Lehighton barracks said Jay Kenneth Housel Jr. of Sciota was arrested for driving under the influence after he crashed a moped he was driving when it crashed.
The incident happened at 7:37 p.m. Nov. 14 along Frable Drive, near Walnut Street, in Kunkletown.
Police said Housel sustained minor injuries.
