Slip and fall suit
Amanda and Kevin Kamin, 28 Sandhurst Drive, Mount Laurel, New Jersey, filed a civil action against Aston Hotels & Resorts, 2155 Kalakaus Ave., Honolulu, Hawaii, and Split Rock Resort and Golf Club and Vacation Charters, both of 100 Moseywood Rd., Lake Harmony. Aston is identified as the property manager for Split Rock.
On Feb. 5, 2015, the suit states the plaintiffs were all the resort as guests and at the bowling alley of the resort. They were bowling next to an alley that had been waxed a few hours before with no warnings posted for the dangerous and hazardous conditions, it is alleged. The suit states while Amanda Kamin was taking a photo of her son bowling she was caused to slip and fall due to the existing hazardous and dangerous conditions causing injuries which are detailed in the suit.
Negligence is alleged against the defendants and sought are damages in excess of $50,000 on each of two counts.
