Man facing drug charge in Tamaqua
Tamaqua police have charged Duane Roy Allen II, 28, no permanent address, in connection with an incident on Oct. 6.
Officers went to the area of South Railroad Street at 10 a.m. for a report of a suspicious person. They found Allen, who was jittery and making odd movements. A syringe was found in his right pocket.
He was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
