Rally to benefit victims of crime

Crime Victims Council of Lehigh Valley Inc. will hold its 17th annual Rally Through the Valley benefit motorcycle poker run and pig roast onSept. 18.

The event runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and will help Lehigh and Northampton County victims of crime.

The 60-mile lined route will start with registration and check-in at Nazareth Borough Park, North Broad Street, Nazareth, and end at Emmaus Community Park, 1401 Shimersville Road, Emmaus.

An all-you-can-eat pig roast and live music by Jake Kaligis & The New Constitution will be held from 1-3 p.m.

To register, log on to cvclv.org/rally. Registration isdue by Sept. 9 to receive a free T-shirt and commemorative ride pin. Day-of registration is also available.
