Woman cited for trespassing
Megan Jean Luchetta, 22, of West Walter Street, Summit Hill, was cited by Tamaqua police for an incident at the Dunkin' Donuts, 30-32 Center St. on July 29.
Luchetta, who has been officially notified not to trespass on the property numerous times, was a passenger in a car that pulled up to the drive-thru window. She was cited for defiant trespass and disorderly conduct.
