Woman cited for harassment
A woman was cited for harassment following an incident that occurred at 3:35 p.m. Aug. 24on Upper Valley Road in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County.
State police at Fern Ridge said Rebecca L. Heddy, 32, no address given, shoved another woman multiple times with open hands at the time and location stated.
