Monroe woman arrested on warrant
A Monroe County woman has been arrested and jailed on an outstanding warrant.
Pocono Mountain Regional police said Stephanie Joseph, 22, of 8058 Red Squirrel Drive, Tobyhanna, was picked up at 3:40 p.m.Aug. 30 walking along Red Squirrel Road.
A warrant for her arrest was issued to the county sheriff's department on a charge of simple assault.
She was taken into custody and placed in the county prison on the warrant.
