Rifle shot fired in neighbor's house

State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a shooting incident in Saylorsburg. The incident happened at 1:40 p.m. Sept. 10 of the  900 block of Kunkletown Road.

Police said the suspect is a 56-year-old man from Saylorsburg.

Police said the suspect fired a rifle round that entered the neighbor’s house, resulting in a reckless endangerment and criminal mischief incident.
