Slow down on country roads

In light of current problems and tragedies due to speed, may we pray for wisdom and patience for all who:

When traveling on a country road and may be running late

Please remember it's a country road and not an Interstate

When those who live on country roads (and we may be those too)

Are driving, we forget sometimes the more kind thing to do.

Those folks who live on country road - while working on their grass

Or plowing fields or trimming shrubs - they're praying as you pass.

They'd gladly give you "right of way" BUT THEY CAN'T HEAR YOU COMING!
