Hazleton woman cited for DUI

A Hazleton woman has been cited by McAdoo Police in connection with an Aug. 5 traffic stop.

An officer on patrol at 1:18 a.m. saw a black Infiniti run a stop sign at the intersection of Hancock and Adams streets. He conducted a traffic stop and identified the driver as Sarah Quinones, 33, of Hazleton. She had a difficult time looking for her driver's license and appeared to be somewhat drunk.

She was given, and failed, field sobriety tests.

She was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol.
