Quilt show this weekend in Hazleton

The Cranberry Quilters Guild of Hazleton is holding a quilt show this weekend at the Butler Township Recreation Center, 411 W. Butler Ave. in Drums from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday

The show includes more than 100 quilts, a "Crazy Mini Quilt" raffle, vintage items and a "Crayon Quilt Challenge" display. Vendors will be on hand with the latest in what the quilting world has to offer.

The Cranberry Quilters are a nonprofit organization that is involved in the community. Proceeds from the show will help the guild in its endeavors.

Refreshments will be available for purchase, along with a bake sale and raffle. Admission is $5; children under 12 are admitted free.
