No injuries reported in Polk Twp. crash
No one was hurt in a two-vehicle crash at 9:37 a.m. Sept. 3 at the intersection of Route 209 and Mill Pond Road in Polk Township.
State police at the Lehighton barracks said the collision occurred when a vehicle operated by Christopher H. Pinghero, 38, of Saylorsburg made a left-hand turn onto Route 209 from Mill Pond Road, striking a 2007 GMC Envoy operated by Matthew O. Sinclair, 51, of Kunkletown, which was northbound on Route 209 at the time.
Police said Pinghero was citedfor the incident.
