Woman charged with defiant trespass

Tamaqua Police charged Stephanie M. Brode, 29, of Penn Street, Tamaqua, with defiant trespass after she continually entered a neighbor's home against his wishes.

Brode entered the home on Sept. 15 and began arguing with the resident. She was told to leave. She re-entered the home on Sept. 23 and again began an argument.
