DUI arrests reported

State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following driving under the influence arrests.

• Troopers said at 4:14 p.m. March 16 they were dispatched to a crash along Route 903, just north of Boxwood Drive in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County. On scene, troopers found that a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt had collided into a tree. The driver was identified as Traci Mangold, 36, of Jim Thorpe.She was arrested for DUI.

• At 12:37 p.m. March 22, Howard Dorsey-Terry, 25, of Pittsburgh, was stopped along Interstate 80 in Tobyhanna Township, Monroe County, for a traffic violation. Troopers said they found a small amount of marijuana and related drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. Dorsey-Terry was taken to the county DUI center for a blood test after failing field sobriety tests. He was charged with DUI, drug counts and traffic violations.

• David William Roscos, 38, of Penn Forest Township, was stopped at 12:52 a.m. April 1 in the 2500 block of Route 903 in Penn Forest Township. A search of his vehicle revealed a small amount of marijuana and related drug paraphernalia. Roscos showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DUI and drug counts. Charges will be filed.
