Retail theft incidents

State police at Schuylkill Haven report the following:

• Police said Suzanne Hibbler, 45, of Pottsville, entered the Good Will store in the Cressona Mall, North Manheim Township, about noon on Jan. 23 and was observed filling three separate luggage bags, which were for sale, and filling them with clothing, which were also for sale, and then leaving the store without paying for any of the items.

Troopers noted this is Hibbler's third retail theft arrest, making the charge a felony three.

• A Luzerne County woman is facing a retail theft count following an incident at a Schuylkill County department store.

Police said BobbieJo Hepler, of Freeland, was observed by store personnel of Boscov's Department Store, in the Fairlane Village Mall, Norwegian Township, placing a number of clothing items on her person and into a shopping cart and then exiting the store without paying for the items. The incident occurred between 6 and 6:30 p.m. on March 22. Charges were filed.
