Jim Thorpe man facing six charges
Richard J. Hartman, 41, of 10 Cedar Ave., Jim Thorpe, has been charged by borough police with six charges as a result of an assault incident that happened at 12:15 a.m. March 24 at his residence.
Police said he was cited for criminal trespass, simple assault, resisting arrest, persistent disorderly conduct, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
