McAdoo Police file citations

McAdoo Police recently filed the following citations:

Megan Luchetta, 22, of McAdoo, was cited for defiant trespass and disorderly conduct after she went to the Fegley Mini Mart at 8:30 p.m. on April 25. Luchetta was banned from the convenience store in 2016;

A 14-year-old McAdoo girl was cited for retail theft on April 17 after she was caught stealing a Twix cookie bar from the Fegley Mini Mart;

Todd Miller, 23, of Tresckow, was cited after a vehicle stop on March 26. Officers detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from Miller's car, after he was stopped for heavily tinted windows.

A half-smoked roach was found in an ashtray under the dashboard.

Miller was cited for driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and the traffic citation.
