Vehicle drives through lot in Penn Forest

State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between 5 p.m. July 16 and 11 a.m. Aug. 5 in the 100 block of Stoney Creek Road, Penn Forest Township.

The victim told police someone drove through his lot, causing damage to it by leaving ruts in the property.
