Carbon man facing charges in Lehigh

A Carbon County man is facing charges following an incident in Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said Matthew David Ferguson, 35, of Summit Hill, drove a vehicle toa residence on South Cedar Crest Boulevard in Lower Macungie Township at 7:18 p.m. July 26 and made entry to the residence due to hallucinogen narcotics.

He was found to be under the influence of drugs and was taken for a blood test.

Troopers said Ferguson is facing charges of driving under the influence, criminal trespass and related counts.
