Auto crash suit
Judith and William Madea, 23 Tree Loft Circle, Jim Thorpe, filed a civil complaint against Brian L. Dubin, 18 Hatchery Road, Jim Thorpe, seeking damages over an automobile accident.
The suit states on Sept. 14, 2015, Judith Madea was operating a vehicle northbound on Route 903 near Behrens Road, in Penn Forest Township, when her vehicle was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Dubin, causing injuries to the plaintiff which are detailed in the suit.
Sought are damages in excess of $50,000.
