Woman arrested for DUI, possession

Janine Helen Reehl, 49, of Blakeslee, is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop made by state police at the Lehighton barracks at 3:21 a.m. July 5 in the 700 block of Jonas Road in Polk Township.

Police said she was halted after making multiple traffic violations, after which time, police said, she showed signs of impairment resulting in the DUI and possession charges.
