Eldred traffic stop results in DUI arrest

A traffic stop made by state police at the Lehighton barracks at 9:20 p.m. Aug. 12 on Molasses Valley Road, Eldred Township, resulted in a Saylorsburg man being arrested for driving under the influence.

Police said Ryan Lucas Pasanen was stopped while driving a GMC van, after which time police determined he was under the influence and requested him to submit to a chemical test of his blood.
