Nothstein Family Reunion Sept. 17
The 99th annual Nothstein family reunion will be held Sept. 17 at the West Penn Park off Route 309 at 698 Zions Stone Church Road in New Ringgold.
The reunion starts at noon, and the meeting will begin at 1 p.m. Please bring a covered dish and a cake or pastry for the cake walk. Hot dogs, hamburgers, barbecue and drinks will be provided. Lawn chairs are a good idea as well.
Plans are in progress for the 100th reunion. It will be a big celebration with music, activities, etc. so mark your calendars. The reunion is always the third Sunday in September.

The Nothstein family claims a rich family history dating back to 1750. Organizers stress that it is important to appreciate and celebrate their heritage and keep it alive for future generations.
