Retail theft in Schuylkill County
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Josef Anthony Schneider Sr., no age given, of Shoemakersville, Berks County, entered the Giant Market in the Cressona Mall, North Manheim Township, in Schuylkill County, around 11 a.m. Aug. 17 and was observed on video surveillance failing to pay for some merchandise and making fraudulent returns at the customer service desk on some other items. Charges will be filed.
