One injured in Lehigh crash

One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash that occurred at 1:35 p.m. on Aug. 22 at the intersection of Route 100 and Glenlivet Drive, in Upper Macungie Township.

Township police said 2008 Kia Sorrento driven by Sandra L. Digiovanna, 45, of Slatington, and a 1999 Subaru Outback operated by Jacob R. Woron, 26, of Orefield, collided in the intersection. Digiovanna was injured and taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest, by Cetronia ambulance. Woron was not injured.

Digiovanna was cited for careless driving.
