Police seeking Tamaqua woman
Tamaqua police are looking for Rachelle Lynn Cassidy, 31, who has no current permanent address, after she assaulted another woman on Jan. 22.
The victim contacted police and said she was walking on Hunter Street at 1:30 a.m. when she was struck from behind by Cassidy. When the victim fell to the ground, she was kicked in the head.
Cassidy faces charges of simple assault and harassment.
