Police: Woman had heroin, stun gun
Monica Lutz, 21, of Lehighton has been charged by Mahoning Township Police for an offense at 2:19 a.m. Dec. 18, 2016, at Walmart.
During the investigation police seized heroin, a pocket knife, and a stun gun. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 22.
She has been charged with prohibited offensive weapon, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.
