Nesquehoning police report

Nesquehoning police have released its report on citations issued between Feb. 1 and 6.

Johnny Peralta, 22, of Hamilton Street, Allentown, was cited for driving while his license is suspended.

Jaime Romero of Pennsylvania Street, Allentown, was cited for driving with a suspended license and not securing the load on his vehicle.

Alexandria Nicole Laybourne, 21, of Slatedale, was cited for retail theft after she took merchandise from the Dollar General store.

The department also issued four speeding citations, three stop sign violations, two expired inspection stickers citations, one nonpayment of a parking ticket and a red light violation.

Police also issued eight verbal warnings for speeding or seat belt violations.
