Man runs from store stealing blue jeans
A retail theft incident at the Dollar General Store, 655 Interchange Road, Kunkletown, is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.
The incident happened at 11:20 a.m. Jan. 1.
Police said the clerk noticed a man acting suspicious in the store and he finally ran out of the store with what looked like a pair of blue jeans.
He is described as being about 5 feet 10 inches tall with dark hair and wearing a gray hoodie, blue jeans, construction boots and a navy blue winter hat. He was seen driving a small blue sedan with a loud muffler.
