Woman charged in domestic dispute
A domestic dispute in Tamaqua on Dec. 18 resulted in charges filed against Rebecca Keefer, 32, of Clay Street, Tamaqua.
The victim said he and Keefer were arguing when she grabbed a butter knife and stabbed him above his right eye. The knife created a small horizontal cut that created moderate bleeding.
Keefer said she accidentally hit him with the knife when she swung around after the victim came up behind her.
She was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment. She was arraigned before duty Magisterial District Judge David Plachko, who set bail at $15,000 percentage.
