Portfolio Recovery Associates, Philadelphia, filed against Gregory F. Burns, 1235 Stagecoach Road W., Palmerton, seeking $12,029.17.

Remit Corporation, Bloomsburg, filed against David G. Smith, 370 Horseshoe Drive, Palmerton, seeking $2,604.39.

Cavalry SPV I, Valhalla, New Jersey, filed three actions as follows: Troy Bryfogel, 537 Lehigh Ave., Palmerton, seeking $3,604.85; Joseph D. Breiner, 350 E. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning, seeking $4,812.71; and Jacob D. Troost, 332 Church Road, Palmerton, seeking $17,948.69.

Synchrony Bank, Alpharetta, Georgia, filed against Corey Frantz, 903 N. First St., Lehighton, seeking $2,623.18.

Default on loans

First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union, 257 Brodhead Road, Bethlehem, filed an action against Clair Ann Alla Ahner, 323 E. Union St., Tamaqua, and Steven Michael Beecroft, 158½ Third St., Lehighton, alleging they defaulted on a loan. Sought is $5,427.23 plus interest, costs and fees.

First Commonwealth also filed against David A. Walker, 34 Berwick St., Beaver Meadows, alleging he defaulted on a loan. Sought is $3,680.44 plus interest, costs and fees.

Mortgage foreclosure

LSF8 Master Participation Trust, c/o 13801 Wireless Way, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, filed a foreclosure action against Terry V. Petitto, 119 Elliot Lane, Albrightsville, and James W. Skrip, 699 Pound Lane, Albrightsville, alleging they defaulted on a loan on the property at 699 Pound Lane. Sought is $166,166.52 and continuing interest.
