Man, 95, has money taken from account

State Police at Lehighton are investigating a fraud and forgery case against a 95-year-old man from Lehighton.

Police said someone unlawfully gained access to the victim’s savings account and withdrew money from it electronically. The victim lives in East Penn Township.
