Palmerton Police Log

Palmerton Police Department reports the following incidents:

Public drunkenness: Troy Dubois, 45, of Palmerton, was charged with public drunkenness and scattering rubbish, for an incident Jan. 19 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Retail theft: Lester David, 39, of Palmerton, was charged with retail theft, for an incident Jan. 16 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Scattering rubbish: Martin Konze, 46, of Palmerton, was charged with scattering rubbish, for an incident Oct. 30 in the 200 block of Alley H.

Citations: Police issued eight citations for maximum gross weight, three for vehicle violations, two for investigation by police officers and one each for speeding and traffic violation.
