fall prevention seminar Wednesday

Heritage Hill Senior Community, Weatherly, will host a fall prevention seminar at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday at Lehighton Senior Center.

Thousands of accidental falls among the elderly occur each year, and a large percentage of those falls results in a broken hip, head trauma, or other serious injuries.

Falls can happen anytime, anywhere, but they usually occur around the house while doing daily activities under normal circumstances.

Join Heritage Hill and representatives from FOX Rehabilitation for this seminar with valuable tips and tricks you can use to prevent falls this winter.
