Driver cited after car crashes and flips

David A. Charbonnier, 54, of Lehighton, was citedafter a one-vehicle crash at 12:09 p.m. July 14 on Hahn's Dairy Road, Lower Towamensing Township.

State police at the Lehighton barracks said he was westbound and attempting to negotiate a right curve in the road when the 1998 Dodge Ram truck he was driving went out of control, spun around, hit an embankment and turned onto its left side.

Charbonnier was uninjured.
