Man injures his hand when gun goes off
State police at the Lehighton barracks said a 30-year-old man accidentally shot himself in the hand when a handgun he was loading went off.
The incident happened at 11:45 p.m. July 19 along Longview Drive in Ross Township.
The man was transported to the Lehigh Valley Hospital-Pocono, East Stroudsburg, in the West End Ambulance.
