Northampton driver facing DUI in Carbon
A Northampton County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence in Carbon County.
State police at the Pocono barracks said Ryan P. Leary, 33, of Hellertown, was stopped for traffic violations at 8:25 a.m. Saturday exiting the turnpike in Kidder Township. He was found to be intoxicated and placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI of alcohol.
