Free day coming up at Eckley Miners' Village

On Aug. 18, Eckley Miners' Village, located at 2 Eckley Main St. in Weatherly, will be hosting a free day.

Admission to the museum, introductory video and guided tours will be free from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for everyone.

There will be a variety of other nonprofit organizations throughout the day with information for visitors.

The free day is being provided by the Jack Bunchner Foundation in Pittsburgh.
