Vehicle stops lead to arrests

Two separate vehicle stops by state police at Fogelsville have led to the arrest of the two drivers.

Around 10 p.m. April 1, troopers stopped Daniel Noel, of Tobyhanna, along Interstate 78. He was found to be under the influence of cannabis, a controlled substance, troopers said. Charges were filed.

Around 12:14 a.m. June 15, Spencer Paul Andrews, 19, of Kunkletown, was stopped along I-78 in Upper Saucon Township for speeding. During the stop, troopers found Andrews to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed.
