Lansford police have charged the following people.
Marley C. Geusic, 28, of Lansford: Access device fraud, identity theft, theft, theft by deception, and forgery on May 3. The charges were sent on to Carbon County court following a May 17 preliminary hearing.
George S. Heffelfinger III, 42, of Lansford: Driving under the influence, tampering with an ignition interlock, driving under suspension, and driving without a valid inspection on Feb. 27.
He faces a preliminary hearing at 2:30 p.m. July 5 before District Judge Casimir T. Kosciolek.
Shawn M. Murphy, 37, of Lansford: Tampering with an ignition interlock on Feb. 27. He faces a preliminary hearing at 2:30 p.m. July 5.
Brittany M. Marley, 26, Lansford: Possession of drug paraphernalia on April 9. The charge was sent on to Carbon County court following a June 7 preliminary hearing.
Devon Marley, 24, of Lansford: Possession of drug paraphernalia on April 9. A preliminary hearing has yet to be scheduled.
Tabatha Murphy, 28, of Tamaqua: Possession of drug paraphernalia, flight to avoid apprehension on May 5. The charges were sent on to Carbon County court following a May 24 preliminary hearing.
Justin Hill, 26, of Lansford: Receiving stolen property, terroristic threats, harassment on March 25. The charges were sent on to Carbon County court following a June 7 preliminary hearing.
Nicole Lavoie, 41, of Summit Hill: Retail theft on May 6. She faces a preliminary hearing at 1:15 p.m. July 5.
Robert C. Ahn III, Lansford: Possession of a prohibited offensive weapon on May 10. The charge was sent on to Carbon County court following a June 7 preliminary hearing.
Ashly L. Thomas, 31, of Lansford: Criminal trespass, defiant trespass on May 21. The charges were sent on to Carbon County court following a June 7 preliminary hearing.
Amber D. Randall, 45, of Lansford: Simple assault, harassment, recklessly endangering another person on May 10. She pleaded guilty to the charges on May 16 before District Judge Casimir T. Kosciolek, and was assessed $254 in fines, fees and court costs.
Daniel B. Engroff, 40, of Weissport: Possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and providing false identification on May 12. He faces a preliminary hearing at 4 p.m. June 28.
Matthew Lasky, 22, of Summit Hill: Driving under the influence on April 1. He faces a preliminary hearing at 4 p.m. July 5.
Michael A. Fitzsimmons, 38, of Coaldale: Involvement in an accident involving damage to attended property, careless driving on April 1. He faces a preliminary hearing at 3:45 p.m. July 5.
Sadie Paisley, 32, of Lansford: Simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct on May 19. The charges were sent on to Carbon County court following a June 6 preliminary hearing.
Brandon Kuklentz, 24, of Lehighton: Possession of drug paraphernalia on May 16. The charges were sent on to Carbon County court following a June 21 preliminary hearing.
Jessica A. Miranda, 30, Jim Thorpe: Possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia on May 25. She faces a preliminary hearing at 1:15 p.m. June 28.
Joseph R. Becker, 35, of Summit Hill: Resisting arrest and flight to avoid apprehension on April 21. The charges were sent to Carbon County court following a June 21 preliminary hearing.
