Tamaqua police: Man with dog harassed people near bank
A Tamaqua man was cited after he harassed several people in the area of the Wells Fargo Bank in Tamaqua on Feb. 24.
Tamaqua Police received a call about a suspicious person at 3:21 p.m. The caller said a man, wearing jean shorts and walking a small black dog, was asking people for money and shouting obscenities when his requests were denied.
The man was identified as Brian Keith Woods, 52, of 259 W. Rowe St., Tamaqua.
He was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct.
